After a big box company delivered my TV but couldn’t mount it, Dixie Cable Tech came in to save the day. I called them that afternoon and they were at my house by 9am the next day. Pricing was so reasonable and they were able to mount an 83” TV up on a high mantle with no issues. They took extra care to make sure it was at the height I wanted it, got it all plugged in for me and ready to go. I will be using them again for the rest of the TVs in my house.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Dixie Cable Tech provides a combination of excellent technical expertise with fair pricing. They installed a new TV that required a new bracket/connectivity and honored their original price. Tom also took the time to provide a complete explanation of new feature/functionality. They take pride in the quality of their workmanship. It is refreshing to work with a company so focused on customer service. Highly recommended.

I asked Dixie cable to install an outdoor TV antenna that I purchased. A two men crew arrived and did a wonderful job. They were clean courteous and worked well together. The installation was completed on my roof peak in about an hour or two and the TV reception at my home here in St George Utah has been excellent. Their rival time was delayed slightly but they kept me informed with frequent text messages of their estimated arrival time.

Tom was so very helpful and provided same day service visit. I needed assistance with DVD hook-up at my mother’s home. Most critical was to ensure that my elderly mother & her husband be able to navigate their TV & newly connected DVD, with ease. No one in this house, including me, are tech savvy. Tom took extra steps to set this up with minimal navigation, ensuring no disruption to their normal viewing habits. So very grateful for this experience, and to have Dixie Cable as a resource for future tech needs.

These guys are great, Robbie answered my phone call (Not a answering machine like most other's in the area. They came over that same day and installed my TV above the fire place and it looks great. They were very clean with the installation and no mess, I will be recommending Dixie Cable Tech to all my friends. Oh they are less expensive than the other TV installers in the area!!

So far my interaction with DCT has been AWESOME! To be clear they have been flexible, open to changes midstream and knowledgeable as we compare options. I have engaged them in a large project at my home that has required several starts and stops as contractors make progress and I add and change the scope of the remodel. I'll add more on completion of my killer system but for now can't be more satisfied. Highly recommend Dixie Cable Tech.

Helped us to make sure we got the correct sound system installed in our home. Robbie recommended a sound bar to try first and it is great. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend DCT!

Thanks to Robbie, Jamie, and staff at Dixie Cable Tech!! My family moved here from Washington state and had a house built with a bonus room we wanted to add Atmos surround sound in. Being new to the area I spent a lot of time looking for someone who could help us out, but it was hard to find a company that was affordable, reliable, and mindful of the customers wants and needs without pushing there own agenda. These guys were fantastic!! They recommended some great high quality equipment for a very reasonable price compared to the competitors! Their advice was spot on and lead to an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly be calling them for any future projects I may have.
