This home has an add-on building that had a garage and bonus room. Our customer began a remodel after purchasing the home and wanted to convert the bonus room into a theater. There were quite a few challenges to overcome due to the construction of the add-on, but in the end he has an awesome new theater room with a 120″ screen and 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos surround sound.
